Effective 07/01/2019: We want our customers to be happy and we believe our products will outlast the device itself. We will replace any ripped or damaged skin that was applied correctly to the device up to 4 times in totality. The purchase of any product from Decalrus will come with a complimentary limited lifetime replacement guarantee. Your warranty is activated once you place your order, no forms necessary. Items purchased prior to July 1, 2019 will not come with warranty.

The lifetime replacement will not cover any user errors such as debris caught under the skin, air bubbles or misalignment of the skin onto the device. Replacement skins through the warranty program will be the exact same model and design as the original purchase order.

To receive a replacement, the original skin must be sent back to our facility using a traceable method. We are not responsible for any lost items without any tracking information. Once received and processed, an invoice via PayPal for the shipping costs will be sent to your email of choice. Upon payment of the invoice, the replacement item will be shipped out and a tracking number will be emailed to you.   • Include "Warranty" in the subject line
  • Place of purchase (Amazon or Decalrus.com)
  • Your order number (i.e. Amazon: 123-45678910-1234567 Decalrus: 00123)
  • Email that you would the PayPal invoice will be sent to for re-shipment costs. A total of $3.50 will be invoiced for the shipment of your replacement item. Replacements that have more than one order will be billed .50 for each additional order.
