Return Policy

Unused items excluding customized items are eligible for a return within 30 days after the item has been marked as delivered. Items that have been used or have been peeled from the backing paper are not eligible for a return.

  • Refunds will incur a 15% re-stocking fee, deducted from the item cost refunded. The original shipping/handling charge WILL NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstances.

  • If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the seller. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to track the whereabouts of your package if needed. We will not be liable for lost return packages.

    PLEASE NOTE: Upon application, if you notice the skin does not fit properly or the wrong model skin was sent to you accidentally, please take a few pictures and send them to us. We'd be more than happy to assist you further once we are able to verify.

    In the event that you wish to exchange your item:

  • Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the item after the item is marked as received by the postal carrier or your request for an exchange will be denied.
  • The new item will be shipped out only after we have received the returned item.
  • Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the skins back to us.
  • We will not be liable for lost return packages.
