Return Policy

Unused items are eligible for a return within 30 days after the item has been marked as delivered by the USPS. Unused items after the 30 day period may be returned at the Seller's discretion. Items that have been used or have been peeled from the backing paper are not eligible for a return.

If you are not fully satisfied and want to return your item, it may be returned under the following conditions: (this excludes any personalized or customized skins)

  • Please review the item when the item first arrives and if for any reason you don't like it, DO NOT APPLY THE SKINS TO YOUR DEVICE.

  • Refunds will incur a 20% re-stocking fee, deducted from the item cost refunded. The original shipping/handling charge WILL NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstances.

  • If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the seller. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to track the whereabouts of your package if needed. We will not be liable for lost return packages. A pre-paid return label can be generated for you with the costs deducted from the total refunded costs.

  • No refunds will be issued for items that have not been physically returned to us or damaged out per our instructions.

    PLEASE NOTE: Upon application, if you notice the skin does not fit properly or the wrong model skin was sent to you accidentally, please take a few pictures and send them to us to verify before removing the skin from your device, otherwise we will not comply with any request.

    For all returned items due to failure of delivery or was shipped to the wrong address (confirmed address on Paypal or Google checkout), the buyer has two options:

  • Refunds will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee and the shipping/handling charge WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (refund will be made after the return items arrives from the post office) .
  • We will attempt a second delivery after the returned items arrives from the post office, as soon as the address has been confirmed by the buyer. If the item is returned for a second time, a refund will be issued. The refund will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee and the original shipping costs will not be returned.

    In the event that you wish to exchange your item:

  • Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the item after the item is marked as received by the postal carrier or your request for an exchange will be denied.
  • The new item will be shipped out only after we have received the returned item.
  • Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the skins back to us.
  • We will not be liable for lost return packages.
